Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

4. 4. 등록된 회원은 본 약관에서 규정한 사항을 준수해야 합니다.

제 3 조 (회원 정보 사용에 대한 동의)

1. 1. 회원정보는 미술관과 제휴한 업체에 제공될 수 있습니다. 단, 미술관은 회원정보 제공 이전에 제휴업체, 제공목적, 제공할 회원정보의 내용 등을 사전에 공지하며 해당 제휴업체는 회원정보를 타인에게 누설, 배포하여서는 아니됩니다.
2. 2. 회원이 가입신청 양식에 회원정보를 입력하고 이용신청을 하는 것은 미술관이 본 약관에 따라 이용 신청서에 입력된 회원 정보를 수집, 이용 및 제공하는 것에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

제 4 조 (회원 정보의 보호)

1. 1. 등록된 회원정보는 비밀을 보장받을 뿐 아니라, 동의를 득하지 않은 상태에서의 정보 유출 또는 본래의 취지 및 목적에 맞지 않는 용도로는 일체 사용되지 않습니다. 단, 제3장 3조에 의거한 사항은 그러하지 아니합니다.

제 4 장 회원탈퇴 및 자격상실

제 1 조 (회원탈퇴)

1. 1. 회원은 언제든지 홈페이지의 마이페이지 메뉴를 통하여 이용계약 해지 신청(회원탈퇴)을 할 수 있으며, 미술관은 관련법 등이 정하는 바에 따라 이를 즉시 처리하여야 합니다.
2. 2. 회원이 계약을 해지하는 경우, 회원이 작성한 게시물 중 본인 계정에 등록된 게시물 일체는 삭제되며, 로그인이 필요한 서비스는 더 이상 이용할 수 없게 됩니다. (예 : 마이페이지, 이벤트 게시판 글쓰기 등)
3. 단, 민원신청, 묻고답하기에 작성하신 글은 삭제되지 않습니다.

제 2 조 (회원자격 상실)

1. 회원이 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우 미술관은 회원자격을 제한하거나 정지시킬 수 있다.

1. 가. 가입 신청 시 허위 내용을 등록한 경우
2. 나. 범죄 행위와 관련된 경우
3. 다. 다른 사람의 아이디(ID) 및 비밀번호를 도용한 경우
4. 라. 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해한 경우
5. 마. 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 저해되는 내용을 고의로 유포시킨 경우
6. 바. 다른 사람의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 경우

제 5장 기 타

제 1 조 (미술관의 소유권)

1. 1. 미술관이 제공하는 서비스, 그에 필요한 소프트웨어, 이미지, 마크, 로고, 디자인, 서비스 명칭, 정보 및 상표 등과 관련된 지적재산권 및 기타 권리는 미술관에게 소유권이 있습니다.
2. 2. 이용자는 미술관이 명시적으로 승인한 경우를 제외하고는 전항의 소정의 각 재산에 대한 전부 또는 일부의 수정, 대여,대출, 판매, 배포, 제작, 양도, 재라이센스, 담보권 설정 행위, 상업적 이용 행위를 할 수 없으며, 제 3자로 하여금 이와 같은 행위를 하도록 허락할 수 없습니다.

제 2 조 (양도금지)

회원이 서비스의 이용권한을 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며, 이를 담보로 제공 할 수 없습니다.

제 3 조 (손해배상)

미술관은 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 미술관이 고의로 행한 범죄행위를 제외하고 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.

제 4 조 (면책조항)

1. 1. 미술관은 서비스에 표출된 어떠한 의견이나 정보에 대해 확신이나 대표할 의무가 없으며 회원이나 제3자에 의해 표출된 의견을 승인하거나 반대하거나 수정하지 않습니다. 미술관은 어떠한 경우라도 회원이 서비스에 담긴 정보에 의존해 잃은 이득이나 입은 해에 대해 책임이 없습니다.
2. 2. 미술관은 회원간 또는 제 3자간에 서비스를 매개로 하여 물품거래 혹은 금전적 거래 등과 관련하여 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 아니하고, 회원이 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 기대하는 이익에 관하여 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.

제 5 조 (관할법원)

본 서비스와 관련되는 분쟁에 대한 소송이 제기될 경우, 미술관의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할법원으로 합니다.
